re: how to get a license for short term rental in Toronto?

Hi everyone, 

I am hosting a private room via Airbnb in my principal residence.

I would like to get a license to prepare for the city's regulations implemented. 

Is there anyone know ..... how to get a  license for the short-term rental especially for a private room and what has to be done for this?

Is it necessary to get a license for renting a private room occasionally in a 2 bed rooms condo unit? 

Any link information will be very helpful and appreciated  ahead !
