refund for Jose A

I want to refund him and i have followed the steps in the resolution center.  I was able to pull up his reservation but I cant find how to link his reservation to issue full refund.  I don't seem to have that option in the drop down menu

@-Jennifer0 If you have followed the steps in the Resolution Center, that's all you need to do.  If you want to follow up, contact Airbnb directly.
