1 - Is there a way to contact airbnb direct to ask a question?
2 - I had a guest book for 1 month. Their job completed early, so I am reimbursing for the difference.
- The month payment was received in full into my bank account
- When I adjusted the check-out date on Airbnb, they noted the adjustment but only listed a rent fee and their service fee. They did not calculate cleaning fee. So, the amount that should have been paid was actually less than what is owed.
- How do I reimburse my guest the difference? Does Airbnb take out of my account? Do I send them money via my credit card thru the Resolution Center?
Note: I have reimbursed before. The 1st time, Airbnb credit my account and adjusted on the next renter. The second time, I paid out using my credit card and it did not get noted on Airbnb...why? My rental fees are scewed now because of inaccurate bookkeeping. Help!
