I have two cottages that I rent but only together and I do rent the primary rental without renting the second cottage. Do not know how I would advertise this. Also, I have off season and in season rates but do not see how to do that on AirBnB?

@Stephanie936, set up one listing that has the two cottages together, and another listing that has the one primary cottage by itself. You can mention in the descriptions that the other listing exists if a prospective guest wants more (or less). 

Set your in- and off-season rates in the calendar via rule-sets.
