reservation change

My very first guest scheduled for 3 nights and received a 20% discount for first of three.  He wanted to know if he could stay an additional 2 nights w/ the same discount.  I tried to change it... yet airbnb responded w/Sorry, your request to modify your Airbnb reservation in Berthoud to Nov 10-15 was not approved.  I need your expertise to help me rent this guest 5 nights at the same price as 3 nights.

Never heard of Air BNB approving or disapproving a host offer, @Kathleen198, however the easiest solution would be to go to the reservation and use the request or send money option.  Send the guest the 20% refund in the dollar amount.  Hope this helps.

I would have said NO, your loverly property is large enough for 8 people and he wants a a 20% additional discount, he should have looked for a smaller place.
