reserving a home for an event

My fiance and I are looking to reserve a house next october in Carslbad or the surrounding cities to host our wedding and reception. Is it possible to filter for hosts who are okay with holding events at their place?

Yes, just tick ''suitable for events'' under filters, then be specific about what you are proposing to do so the host can see if it is all possible, and how much they will need to charge as large events will very likely cost extra.
