I have responded to all of my enquiries within 24 hours but I did not realise that I needed to accept or pre-approve etc within this time framce as well.
Now I have had two seperate issues that have impacted on my response rate.
First, I responded to an enquiry via my iphone app. When I looked at my account on my compter because I had a phone notification reminding me to respond i saw that there was no evidence of my response in the app???
Also, I have only been recieving text notifications for SOME enquiries not others.
Can anyone help? I cant even find a way to complain to airbnb!
