I have responded to all of my enquiries within 24 hours but I did not realise that I needed to accept or pre-approve etc within this time framce as well.

 

Now I have had two seperate issues that have impacted on my response rate.  

 

First, I responded to an enquiry via my iphone app.  When I looked at my account on my compter because I had a phone notification reminding me to respond i saw that there was no evidence of my response in the app???

 

Also, I have only been recieving text notifications for SOME enquiries not others.

 

Can anyone help?  I cant even find a way to complain to airbnb!

Yes, you need to pre approve or decline your guest in 24 hours....
Notifications can be an issue... I'm no getting notified on my Android App for about 5 days now... I receive about 15-25 notifications from Airbnb everyday... The Iphone app is working fine for my wife...

On my Android phone I'm relying on my emails to respond to the notifications... it's a pain in the A** but we got to do it...
