reviewing private feedback to guests

Hi - I have left private feedback to a guest and would like to be able to re-read the wording of it before I respond to their public reveiw. However I can't seem to find where to access this. Is anyone able to talk me through where it is now located?

Hi @Tracy174, are you using the phone app? If so, go to your Inbox, click on the guest, click on Details, click on Your Review - you should be able to see your private feedback there.

This seems to only concern private feedback received.

Website location: Profile > Edit Profile > Reviews > Reviews About You

I'm trying to locate Private Feedback given to guests by me (host or co-host). Talking with AirBnB this is not currently doable--without the help of an AirBnB support specialist, as they have access to this information on their end. That's not a great solution to hosts (calling AirBnB support to have them read back to you a private message you have written), therefore, they will be looking into it, but I recommend send AirBnB private feedback. Here's my feedback (Report a Bug; Hosting; Reviews):

"I cannot review private feedback given to a guest as primary host, listing account holder, or as a co-host. I feel hosts and co-hosts should be able to reflect and review public and private feedback given to guests. This would especially be helpful for guests that stay with you multiple times.

Furthermore, review information is hidden and hard to get to. I think locating reviews recieved and given should be easier to access. Currently, we have to go to: Profile > Edit Profile > Reviews > Reviews By You.

I'm not sure why reviews received and given are hidden under "Edit Profile". This is not an obvious location for this information.

It still only shows the public review, we are looking for our private notes to the guest. It is now August of 2021.  @Emilia42  do you know how to access the private notes we sent guests after leaving them a public review?

@Wendy1269 You can access the private feedback given to you from guests but there is nowhere to pull up previous private feedback that you gave to guests.

I concur that I would like to review the private feedback I left for a guest.  I want to use the exact copy from that private feedback on the resolution center.  Makes no sense that it is difficult/impossible to find something that I wrote. . .
