Hello

We are new to Airbnb and need good reviews.  Our first guest who stayed for a month, wrote a review but it was beyond the 14 day posting time limit.

I talked to Airbnb and they said there was nothing they could do about it, they are less than helpful.  Is there anyway to have a late review posted?

@Kim-And-Daniel1  no, I've never heard of a customer service rep being able to override the expiry of the review window. In this particular case I don't think they're being unhelpful, they're just following the rules. Guests actually get automated 3 email reminders about the deadline for reviews after their stay, so they can't say they were uninformed.
