setting up a payout account

 I recently listed on airbnb and tried setting up Payoneer  account. I did not get any feedback from Payoneer. when I tried logging into my account, I must have messed up my password and when I tried resetting the password as suggested,  I noted  my account had been restricted. I have tried their contact centre as suggested and I keep receiving auto responses that do not resolve the issue. Any help on what I can do?  I do have a PayPal account but the only listed for my country is Payoneer. Please help.
