@Vivienne9  When I looked at your calendar it is blocked after November.  As such you cannot book beyond that.  Look at your listing and see if you only allow booking for a short time.  You can choose open, 3 months or 6 months.

Hi, could you help me as well?   When I try and find our listing for inquiries over 29 days it doesn't show?   It will for shorter periods. I've tried this with May, Oct and November calenders and it does not show on the map or as available.    I am really discouraged.  Thanks in advance.   Sherry

@Sherry27 When I look at your listing I see that your calendar is blocked until May.  You cannot search for dates that are blocked.  If you don't intend for these dates to be blocked you may need to contact Air BNB if it is a glitch.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for your help.     Yes, I have bookings until May 1st/17 but it open after this for pretty much the balance of 2017.    I used the test dates Nov 1 - 17 and it worked... but not for Nov 1-29th or Dec 1.   I guess there is a glitch, but not sure how to contact AirBnB to help with this.

Sure appreciate your time and looking at this for us.

Sherry

@Sherry27  Eureka!  It is not a glitch.  The Air BNB limit for bookings is a rolling year.  That is, at this time the maximum amount of time a traveler can book dates is a year in advance.  You can manage your pricing beyond a year but the search function only goes a year so if you include dates that are beyond 365 days in advance, your listing will not show.  Hope this helps!!  BTW you should know how to reach Air BNB.  There is a community guide on this site with complete instruction about the different ways to reach Air BNB.  I recommend Twitter for non-urgent issues.

Hi all: I've got a variant of this problem, I think.  My place is available for May, except for the 7-8.  It shows up in search for May 1-6, but not for May 9-31.   Any ideas?   Thanks!

@Stacy25  When I view your calendar, May 31st is blocked.  If you search and any dates are blocked, the listing will not show up.

Thanks Linda.  The thing is, from my dashboard May 31 is NOT blocked. I will reach out to Airbnb.

Hi there,

my listing does not show if someone wants to stay over a month. How can I change that setting?

Thanks for you help, Christine

@Christine471  What does your Availability Setting have as the maximum  stay?  Sometimes the settings mysteriously change :).  Also, if you are interested in long term (over 29 days) do you intend to offer no discount?

Thanks Linda for getting back to me. But the availability setting says at the booking window, all future dates. When there is a long term enquiry, I discuss the rentals with the potential guest case by case. Not sure where else to look. x Christine
