single night pricing

Is there a way to increase the price setting for a single night booking?   Versus a slightly lower price/night for multiple nights.

There's not a single general setting, as there is for weeknight vs weekend, What you can do is set your minimum to 2 nights but verbally (in your overall description) mention that you will accept single-night bookings but at a higher rate. I've seen others do that.
