suspension because a guest reported testing positive for COVID

Hello: my guest self tested for COVID due to work requirements.  She notified me and then AirBnB that she tested positive and now AirBnB has suspended myt listing for 7 days.  We did all of the appropriate cleaning.  Our guest was asymptomatic.  This makes no sense at all.  Ideas on how to get this sorted out?

Ugh. How unfortunate, @Margie125 , but Airbnb is just covering themselves. I don't think there is anything you can do but wait the suspension out.
