taking way too long for payout...Is Airbnb for real

I am having same issue. I added payout preference on 8/13 received the deposit 8/16 and has been pending verification since, so I called and they said wait 24-48 hours but that was 8/20!

Who did you call?  Was it Airbnb head office?  Please provide contact number for them.  It is impossible for anyone to contact them and speak with a live person.

Anyone can phone airbnb at their San Francisco number (415) 800 5959 OR call their toll free number  +1-855-424-7262 (toll-free). I'd also suggest you try a google search of 'airbnb contact phone' and see what comes up; there were several local numbers for other countries.
