Hi!
I am relatively new to be a host on airbnb. I listed my apartment which is very nice, new, self-contained etc. I first priced it for 110 NZD a night. Then airbnb suggested to drop the price to 60-80 dollars (automated system). I had this price in the camendar for about two days and decided to change it manually to 90 NZD per night. Last night I had a booking request and the automated airbnb system sent me the message that I will get 118 NZD paid out for two nights (but it should be 180) and I checked on the calendar which shows 90 per night. What should I do. I love to be a host and welcome guests but it is not a backpacker hostel, it is a really beautiful place with everything new etc, I do not want to rent it out for 60 a night.
