travel credit for signing up via invitation link not appearing

i signed up with an account via an invitation link sent to me however no travel credit is showing in the pending section nor as a discount when i went through to a booking for a property. Id like to be able to use this travel credit next weekend for my first booking however can not work out what is going on or what i can do to fix it

Hello @Kate360,

Provided the trip you wish to book is a qualifying one, the discount should show up on the page just as you're about to book.

If it is a qualifying one and the discount doesn't show up then you should contact Airbnb support.
