But setting up payout is not that difficult for European accounts.

Craig, where is this issue of yours creeping in with setting up your payout preference?...here is the link to set a payout preference in place....

This link will take you directly to the payout section of your account. You set in place an account for the  receiving of your payouts, and if you have more than one method set, the one you wish to use as 'Default' will be the account your funds will be sent too, or you can use the 'routing rules' to send payouts to different accounts! I will explain further if you need me too!

@Marzena4  has given you the link to customer support but if either Marzena or I can't help you with this problem, we do have the tools to put you in touch with customer support.
