trying to find a review for a guest.

I just received a booking from someone who has been a guest on Airbnb since 2015 and says she has used it before. I cannot find a review on her and she also doesn't have a picture posted. Where can I find the review or perhaps the last host didn't write one? How do I advise her to post a picture?

Ask! Say ''I prefer to only host guests with a photo, do you mind posting one please? Also, am trying to find the review from your previous host, did you say you had used Air before?''

after all, she might have used Air with a friend/partner and have no review. I have, several times.

Sounds like you have already taken the booking. If so you can ask her to email a photo as you would just like to recognise the person arriving (just in case she doesnt want to upload it on AirBnB). As for reviews, if you have already taken the booking then it is a bit late...and as already said she may have used the site multiple times but not been the lead person booking. Or, she may not have had a review posted about her.
