trying to help friend set up her airbnb. Ellen

I send my friend an invitation to join. We clicked on the link in her email from airbnb and started to fill out the form. But the form had my name and my photo already attached. Doesn't make any sense. If we try to start from scratch it still comes up with my name. So frustrating. I tried to find someone to call but that is near impossible on this site. Also she really wanted to set up an experience with beekeeping. I looked up how to register an experience but the button it said to push didn't exist on my computer page. any suggestions for either problem.

One question @Ellen137: are you doing it on her laptop/computer? Or yours?

Thank you Marzena, that seems to have been the problem. We've gotten further on her computer. Any idea how to get rid of the incompleted site that is accidently listed under my name.
