1. 12family only have 2 row of toilet paper, we asking for another one, person incharge said u have to buy
2. no internet
3. when we enter the house, the lock of the gate very very hard to turn open, owner should change 1 not more than rm15. we burn under the hot sun to find out how to open the lock
4. swimming pool cannot even swim with dirty water (owner said is clorin)
5. few pillow put outdoor with plenty of dirts (i had taking video)
6. walls dirty, not clean up .
7. theres a don know bees house or bird house on top the front door , not clean
8. living room no aircond with dirty wall
9. when turn in night , all insect was under the light , we couldnt even open the window at nite with no aircond, flies fly in .
10. theres no any security at car park, others can easily climb in and stealing. very danger .
11. picture show theres seaside behind , we thoulght juz a walk 10second, when we reach, whastapp tell us need walk 8minits to seaside.

12. horror place when it turn dark, if u travel with small family, don !! even we drive from main road to this unit juz take 7minits, but the road was bad and very horror, juz like a Ghost House

I'm sorry you are not having a pleasant experience,

However you haven't posted to airbnb customer service, just community boards read by other guests and hosts. There is no one here who is able to help you our re this.   You need to contact airbnb customer support to let them know you are very unhappy with your booking.  If you go to your trips in your account, there should be a way to select contact customer support.
