we changed the manager and she is not giving us names of our future reservations

Retrieving names of guests that are scheduled to arrive in future months. Old property manager is not giving us the information

Hi @Francesca28,

 

Can you not log into your account and access the names on your account?  You must have the email and password associated with the account or you would not have been able to post here.

You are right, we had to start the new listing for the property because the old manager refused to give us the inforamtion and canceleld the account.

Sorry to hear about the problem between you and your manager...

If he already deleted the account don't botter looking for it... all the reservations got  automatically...

There is no way to transfer the property or the reservations to another account...

 

If it was his personal account and he manages other houses, he most likely delisted/snoozed the house and right now he is working hard to convince the guests and transfer the reservations to his other properties...
