I have pressed the wrong button and declined an offer to which I was tryin (unsuccessfully) to make a Special Offer which we had agreed by message. I am now unable to contact the guest to continue the transaction.
a. How can I now reopen the transaction
b. How do I make the "dates" boxes in the Special Offer panel work. I am unable to make the "In" calendar move on from January despite using the arrow.
c. Why is there no telephone help desk????? As a self-catering establishment owner I find the airbnb booking system, opaque, confusing, very difficult to use, unhelpful and totally exasperating.
