i am going for vecation and want to keep the appartment working
what are you doing when you go for vecation? do you snooze it or find a co-host? and how much you pay to co-host?
thank you
orit
@Orit2 Look for a trustful family member that can help you, if that isnt possible then look for a cohost. When i am on vacation it is usually my brother to replace me in my absence. I wouldnt advice you to snooze your listing unless you have no other chooses. Happy hosting and happy holidays!!!
oomesh thank you very much, i will ask my nefew.
If I know the dates of my holiday in advance, @Orit2, I either block the dates or set the minimum stay for that period so that it is longer than my holiday. Or I ask someone else to clean the place, check in the guests and keep an eye on it all for me. Snoozing doesn't make sense to me - it removes the listing from search results. It is useful if you don't want to receive any new inquiries/reservations.
thank you marzena do you pay for this person to keep an eye an clean?
i can ask my nefew but i dont know how many procent to give him
