what is the correct way to charge for a fold-up bed for a child placed in a room with its parents ?

I have 2 parents who want a fold up bed in their room for their child. I am not sure how to charge for this. I don't think it is fair to charge full price but cannot find a way to charge a reduced rate for 1 guest when the others are paying full price.
