No, there's no settings for minimum age...
You can use the "Other things to note" or "house rules" to ask for a minimum age... But I think it will create more problem for you as eventually they will book it and claim "I didn't see it there"...
Some of my guests ask permission before book if they are under 21
But Airbnb terms of use is 18 years

Hi @Barbara53,

You can't.  You can put it in your description but that might be considered "Age Discrimination".  As part of Airbnb's terms and conditions, you cannot create an account though if you are under 18.
