There is no customer service and no way of getting in contact with airbnb. I am waiting - 2 months later - to get a payment for 1 night - WHERE IS MY MONEY - as soon as I receive payment i will delete my listing - this is a total rip off

Looking at Robin's post I am experiencing the exact same difficulty. More than 2 months ago Airbnb informed me that payout for two separate bookings had been paid into my bank account.  Nothing has been received.  Eventually I logged a complaint 10 days ago.  The response was that it was being investigated.  Nothing since then. Talking to a real live person is impossible. I have seen a number of identical complaints .  This is my first dealing with Airbnb.   It does not augur well for them.  Any thoughts or tips from others?
