why I can’t pre approve now butbefore I was able to?

I started this April and all the time I was able to choose the guests by pre approval. Today 4 adult guests book December and I can’t Pre approve it? We are not suitable for 4 adults only a family with the kids and I clearly state that in the description. What can I do?
