worst service ever

Anyone know a top manager in airbnb's customer service department?

I should have been sent a payment over two months ago and no one in their department can resolve this

Payment issues are managed by the  Financial Department and sometimes can take a long time to resolve. AIrbnb CS can not solve it themself.

Customer service has given me many different answers and wrong information.  I should have been sent the emails 60 days ago and still nothing.  Any suggestions?
