Anyone dealt with zoning commission in Little Rock, AR?

There is no ordinance that covers Airbnb now unless you rezone your propery. I am going in front of the city board to appeal zonning decision

We need to organize. Mayor Scott is on your side, I know he wants to collect city taxes.

Hello, I just got hit up by some ordnance saying o cannot so short terms rentals without a special use permit. Anyone else?

Also has anyone seen the new ordnance being proposed this month, upwards of $900 yearly in new fees for Little Rock AirBnB hosts if it passes.
