seltsamer ablauf der mietzahlung

hallo leute,

ich habe vor einigen tagen etwas gefunden und bin mir nicht sicher ob das alles so sein kann.vor allem mit dieser sicherheit von airbnb und der sicherheit des geldes.

hier ein auschnitt aus der email und den schritten die ich befolgen soll.

Since I am the only person who have the keys and the acts I am able to use a real estate agency for delivery named Airbnb who will take care of this transaction, and I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see if the apartment suits your needs. So the delivery will be started like this: 1) I will make the delivery with papers at Airbnb agency.I will pay also to fees of the delivery that will be around 150 €. 2) After I will make the papers for delivery, Airbnb will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the guarantee deposit(€ 470.00 + € 470.00= € 940.00) into their bank account , you will find the instructions in the invoice. 3) After you confirm the payment , delivery will start and when you will receive the keys , you will have 2 days inspection period before your final decision to rent. The agent will arrive at your address in 2 - 3 working day's. 4) If all is in order, you will instruct Airbnb agency to give me the money. Further rents will be sent directly to my bank account. 5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Airbnb agency will give you a full refund (€ 940.00) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.

Lieber @Rayan2, Vorsicht, das hört sich irgendwie nach Fake und Vorschussbetrug an!

Kommuniziere mit deinem Gastgeber AUSSCHLIESSLICH über das Airbnb-System, und leiste Zahlungen NUR über dieses.

Ignoriere direkte Nachrichten und Zahlungsaufforderungen. Verweise den Absender ggf. auf das Airbnb-Nachrichtensystem.

@Rayan2, von wo bist du? in deinem Profil stehen null Informationen. Und was heißt: "Ich hab vor einigen Tagen etwas gefunden??  Was meinst du damit?   Nur soviel:  diese e-mail kommt sicher NICHT von airbnb.

ich bin aus hamburg und ja ich habe noch keine zeit gehabt mein profil auszufüllen.

die anzeige lief auch nicht über airbnb sondern über ein normales wohnportal.

hatte mich auch schon gewundert das es hier nicht zu finden war.

wie gesagt, selbst wenn er die bezahlung angeblich doch über das airbnbsystem machern möchte, hätte ich schlechte karten bei einem fake.zuerst zahle ich ein und 2-3 tage später kriege ich den schlüssel ?..so ne schwachsinn.als ob airbnb so etwas anbietet.

das problem ist halt das die miete theoretisch zu niedrig.leider finde ich kaum informationen über die person.
