Can I personalise an experience if the guest ask me ? (gastronomic) How to do it ?

Hello,

I have gastronomical experience proposed in Airbnb, for 16 Portuguse Tastings.

I was contact by a group of 7 persons who would like to have a vegan version.

I am willing to do it but the final price is slighlty different.

I would like to know if I can send a personalised offer or how can the guest book this option i am creating specifically for them, if the experience is not in my calender. Should the guest book my classical experience (non-vegan) after I adapted the price ? (tho this is not very correct because he is 'contracting' a content that he will not get).
