Hola @Gaby, estas son algunas puntos que incluyo en la Plantilla antes recibir un huésped:
Departure/Arrival Time: We can welcome you from 11:00 a.m.
Your departure is due to 3:00 p.m.
How to get the key, generally Claudia the Housekeeper, will waiting for the guest. If done too late it will leave the key in the main entrance where cars enter.
Internet Password: Terrenas123
Bedding/Towels: Please use the bedding that is currently on the bed and the towels in the bathroom. The maid will change its every 3 days.
Air Conditioning: Energy is very costly in the Resort, please try using Air Conditioning only at bedtime, don’t leave it on during the day.
To Turn On the air conditioning, if you stand in front of the control, the right button is ON and the left on in COOL.
Beach Towels: We are not supposed to hang towels from the balcony to dry, please use the drying rack that is next to the dinner table at the balcony.
Television: We have one TV both with Cable-TV, you can manage with remote controller or manual. If the Cable doesn’t works we also offer Netflix.
Phone: We do not have a landline. Use your cellphone or Skype.
The wash-dryer machine is next to the kitchen, is a regular machine.
The electrical box breeker is in the wall in front the washer machine, behind the door.
Smoking: Please don’t smoke inside the apartment. But you can smoke in the Balcony.
Water: In general, tab water is NOT drinkable in the Dominican Republic. We have two plastic bottle of drinkable water, when it finish you can replace it calling the main reception. Pay in cash (RD$100.00-US$2.50).
For the Awnings Curtains of the Balcony there are a hook-stick used to open all curtains, simply remove the lock from the rings that secure the curtains to the wall and turn around with the hook-stick in circular motion. If it rains hard, please move the terrace furniture away from edges or take in the cushions if you see that they are getting wet.
Housekeeper: Our maid name is Claudia, she a quiet and respectful person, she only speaks Spanish, but if you have an Ipad or a smart phone you can translate any word or message and it can help to communicate. Tips are welcome (generally speaking US$50.00-60.00 at the end of your weekly stay).
If something doesn’t work in the apartment, please contact Andrés Vásquez, Benjamín or Miguel (above numbers), or just go to the Main Reception that is right behind the apartment, they going to get a solution.
