I recently had a reservation made by Airbnb without my approval.

This reservation was made by Airbnb without my approval.  I have a two day turn over, and it was not honored.  Airbnb flag said if I canceled that reservation I would be charged $50.  I asked the guest if she could arrive a day later and she said she could, so it worked out.  I was upset, that a reservation was made without my seeing it and approving it.

Hi @Penelope13  I hope you are well!

Have you checked your settings- it looks like your listing is set to "instant book" so guests who meet your reservation requirements will be able to book without your approval.

It's the default setting when you create a listing- I see you're a new host so have a look and check settings, and if you want each guest to send a request which you have to approve before accepting, then change to "request to book"
