Airbnb calendar blocked on other sites

I sync my Airbnb calendar with my VRBO/HA calendar. I have noticed that Airbnb shows dates as unavailable on all site calendars, without my having set it that way.  This is preventing me getting bookings, and is extremely bad.  I have tried changing the dates to 'Available' on my Airbnb calendar, but my update doesn't 'take'.   Is this because I have a 'Strict' cancellation policy - I suspect so.

Please, PLEASE remove this constraint. cancellation pocy has nothing to do with availability, and is costing me business on all my listing sites.

If this isn't done asap, then I will have to remove my listing with Airbnb, since I get very few bookinfs through here anyway.
