Can a host set their own cancellation policy?

I am new to the community and want to rent my timeshare week. I am able to reschedule my week from Starwood if I cancel more than 61 days in advace of the reservation. If I cancel less than 61 days, then I lose my week. Thus, the current cancellation policies do not work for my situation. Is there a work around for this where I can guarantee a 100% refund if the guest cancels more than 61 days (so I can cancel as well), and no refund of less than 61 days (since I lost it as well)?

@Michael1696   You have posted your question in the wrong place. Questions should be posted in the Host or Help discussion rooms, then you are most likely to get answers. Host Voice is a place for hosts to make suggestions for changes to airbnb platform which then other hosts can thumbs up. The ones with a lot of thumbs up are supposedly taken under consideration by airbnb. This is explained right at the top of the Host Voice section.
