Can someone explain how to use rule-sets successfully.

I tried to apply a rule-set. It shows up in my multiview calendar as the correct color. The rule set was high-season adjusting rates. However the rates did not adjust. I had previously manually set the rates so then I went back and put them all on the smart-pricing thinking that was the problem and then applied the rule-set again and still no change in the rates. I am hoping there is some step I may have missed instead of having to go back through all my properties and redo the rates for each one - ugh!

Same problem here. I am using rule sets to have more control on top of the dynamic pricing. I am using it for last minute discounts and early bird discounts. I am not sure if it is turned off simply because Dynamic Pricing is on. The AirBnB respresentative I spoke never heard oft his new feature and cut the call and didn't send me an email so I wasn't able to identify or verfiy him. This is upsetting!
