Change home owner

I have created two listings, one for my house and another for my wife's house. Now we want to change the owner of the second listing, which is impossible to do. It is important for us because we want to have separated reviews as two different hosts.

Now I have set my wife's account as a host (of the second listing) but this isn't solution since all the reviews is regarding to my account only.

@Stelios5, there was a discussion on this topic some time ago, when hosts selling the property wanted the new owner to keep the aquired reviews. Airbnb considers those as personal achievement and not a function of the place. 

You could try to discuss it with customer service, maybe you have a chance being married. In the meantime, you can write a recommendation from your account to your wife's account or you could make each other co-host. Not sure fir the co-host, but the recommendation appears like a review and provides a link to the other profile.
