Customizable Instant Booking

It would be great to have "Instant Book" allow guests to book given the host's specified minimum "x number of nights" for that stay.

Example:
* Host Turns On Instant Book
* Host can opt to specify minimum number of nights a guest can stay, in order to "instantly book" the place.

I would like to custom minimum stay nights for a period of time, as next week I want to go away and would like to custom minimum number of nights for just those 10 days ..... and back to regular when i return from being away ....
