Finding help for rental management, housekeeping and cleaning

Is there a section where people can offer services for rental management, housekeeping or cleaning for hosts that don't have time to take care of it themselves? I would need that to become a host. There does not seem to be any way to contact the AIRBNB organization itself to get that kind of info.

You are pretty much your property manager, unless you have a caretaker close by. We rotate between 2-4 cleaners. Have you thought about having another host help you.

Thank you for your comment. I just thought people could offer their help on the site, but asking another host for help is a good idea. I'll keep that in mind.
