Host Responses written by Additional Host should be credited correctly

I'm out of town, so my "Additional Host" is managing my property. She wrote a nice review about a guest; I see it shows up under my name. It would be better to show is as written by *her* somehow, although I understand it needs to be linked to my profile.

One possible solution: Reviews written by Additional Hosts have some sort of visual flag to indicate that, such as text added to the end like "This review written by [linked name of Additional Host]."
