Hosts with repeat / regular guests should be able to block dates as only available to specific users

We have a guest who stays two nights every week, and usually books (and therefore pays for) four weeks at a time, in one go. Unless we block out the dates as unavailable, we get booking requests for 'his' days before he has booked them, and it would be ideal to either let us block them out as only visible to him, or accept a sort of bulk-booking payment plan for him.

I agree with this. We also have regular guests and if they want to reserve dates months in advance then they have to pay up front. I'm not sure how a block booking payment scheme would work but it would be great if they could spread out their payments for multiple bookings
