I offer instant book.
However, occasionally my cleaners leave the properties for a day or so after the guests vacate before they prepare them for the next guests arrival.
I have no way to get them to do it straight away; they have a small workforce to manage and can't do all of their properties at the same time.
So I would like instant book to apply up until 24 hours before the arrival date and time, and then the property would still be available, but only with my approval of a booking request.
This would avoid having to cancel late instant bookings in the event that the cleaners have not been in, and yet the property remains available.
A win win for all of us.
