Medical or Disabilities That a Host Needs to Know About

Hope this finds you well.
Every 25 guests or so I have someone who has a disability or illness that I would have preferred to know about upfront. I have had two guests who I was seriously concerned for their physical health. One I had to advise the son that his mum was very unwell (the son had booked for his mum to come from abroad and my property was not suitable for her), and another where I had to say to the wife in my feedback that her husband (he couldn't catch his breath) needed a pretty urgent doctor's appointment if not more. He had not managed to go to the toilet in the toilet on every occasion during their stay, and his wife hoped that he wouldn't do this!! I therefore request that guests be asked about if they have any kind of disability or medical condition. I would then be warned in advance. IT is also right and proper for the hosts sake to declare it upfront.
