Post selling an Airbnb home

It would be great if Airbnb had a place for Hosts selling or wishing to buy a current Airbnb home. We are selling in Phoenix and plan to relocate to Santa Fe.  We want to do Airbnb there.  Perhaps there is a home set up with a guest area there selling as well.

Daisy ... tried to post this before and seems it didn't post. There is no advantage to buying a home that currently is on AirBNB (has a short term rental permit to be legal) in Santa Fe anymore, as short term rental permits are no longer able to be transferred to a new owner. AirBNB got Santa Fe to create 650 new permits and part of the "price" for that access was the elimination of a 30 day period where you could apply for the outgoing permit on a home you purchased that had one.

Thank you for that information!  I appreciate it. We are selling our home which has an airbnb but not sure it h Los the buyer. Out State is very supportive of Airbnb. Thanks again!
