When a guest leaves a review, I would like to see how they scored my accomdation. Sometimes people are late and its hard to figure out what the guest thought of their stay. Individual ratings would be a great tool.
I agree! I would like to know which guests rated us as a 3 star and for what! Also, I would like to feel like I could be more honest with rating guests who were less than stellar but feel if I rate them less than 5 stars for "Cleaniness" or whatever, it will effect their response when rating us as hosts.
I agree. Telling me 3 guests out of 192 said cleanliness or somehing else was bad, is not helpful. I can't fix what I don't know. I understand guests don't want me to know they said it, but maybe even being more spacific would be helpful.
I have started keeping tally of my scores in a notebook for this very reason. Add a tally immediately when I receive a review, that way I know who rated me how. It works for now, but I would also love if they added this as a feature within the app or online.
I see the ratings on the Stats but it doesn't tell me what individual guests have rated. Am I missing something? Maybe I am not looking in the right place!
