When you get an inquires with incorrect information (eg number of guests or days) you need to inform them step by step how to fix it, and you never know if they are using mobile or desktop.
What I'm looking for is an easy to access predefined list of common tasks we can send guest, which could be hotlinked from a push notification:
- update number of guests
- change dates
- inform arrival time
- other informations: full names, ID, special requests (customizable)
Guest then receives a button/hotlink straight to the section he is required to take action, and this action can help evaluating the status of reservation (pending updates, awaiting ID).
Right now I could just use send offer to do some of those things (dates, # guests) but more often than not you're still deciding if you will accept the inquiry.
