Smart pricing

Smart pricing

Despite having been booked nearly every night this year at £90, smart pricing suggests a drop to the minimum price for nearly every night right on into the future. This cannot be right.

As I have been observing in my area, Smart Pricing is way off base in the recommended price we should set our listings at, not taking into account the amenities nor quality of our property and only serves to drive our competition to price their listing at less than the actual value. I have seen no benefit to using this feature.

Smart pricing is not smart.

Hosts with local knowledge are smarter.

I agree with @Helen56, smart pricing is totally useless, doesn't know your area or the events that make real smart pricing effective and actually drives proces down for hosts. Don't use it and set your charges based on your own experience and local knowledge and what you provide compared to your competitors.
