Why not have a budge for the listing!

So if there is a listing that is rated 5 stars from 10 guests in one yera in terms Accuracy, location, Overall, etc.....then the listing is entitled to a budge.

This stresses on the ability of the listing rather than the host.

The reiew process needs to be more measurable. People base the review on their own world view and often dont accuretely rate their stay. It may be own their own idea of say cleanliness and confuse a well cleaned oven which has wear and tear marks with dirt. They also have their own personal gauge of what a goos location may and even though there is maps and distances to explain location, a host may still get marked down for their location as not being convenient.
