Trust and Safety , community standard

I just found a great piece from Airbnb, which is their own policy about Trust and Safety and Communuty Standards and it applies to both guests and hosts. I think this should be madevery visbale on their main page of their website. I do  not see it listed at the footer of the website. 

I also think this should re required reading by all hosts and guests and a check made that confirmed it was read and agreed on. 

Why it is not more visble is not known to me, but this might help guide both hosts and guests towards improved behavior.
