check-in, cleaning, national holidays

Sometimes to have the cleaning services during the national holidays could be very expensive and often not guaranteed. 

For this reason I suggest the host should be able to set up this option (i.e. no check-in on this date), but the calendar still shows the availability for stay including that date.

For example: 

If I can't afford to have the cleaning on January 1st, I would still be able to rent it with check-in before this date, but I wouldn't like to receive any booking starting from January 1st IF the previous guest left on Dec 31st.

When you click a date on the calendar you have options for Available and Blocked. There should be a third option for No Check-in.

Someone said they can't get there to clean on Fridays, but they can have reservations that go through Fridays. This would solve that issue too!
